• How do we generate revenues? We telesales customer service and goal solutions for a fee.
• Why you collect data? We only collect email addresses if you want to subscribe to our e-newsletter. Speak with us to see if we are the correct fit for your cash goals.
• How users can opt-out? They can leave a voice mail message or send an email request to stop e-newsletter.
• How your data is shared with a third party? We do not actively share our client data with our vendors. If our software and hardware vendors have eyeballs on our data which is housed in softwares such as CRM. We feel for you. A custom work takes is in our future plans. The challenge is looking for the correct talent to design, build and self-monitor it.
• How can Sorco be contacted? Call the voice number leave a message or  by postal service because we only make outbound voice outreach with a tech stack such as CRM or other productivity tools.
• How long you retain the data? We only retain hard fact data such as name of your company and contact information. If you ask us 'not to contact you' as our client we shall abide with that order. If we do dial out to you, it probably was a pocket redial and we will hang up immediately.
• How you’ll protect the data you collect? Combination of old school and digital warehousing with our known Brand providers.
